Office of the Registrar

How Can We Help You Today?

The mission of the Registrar's Office is to support every currently registered student at UMass Lowell, as well as the faculty and staff who interact with those students. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Office of the Registrar will operate remotely and will continue all services during the university’s transition to remote online learning.

Students may access our Frequently Asked Questions in the Campus Knowledge Base. Please email or call The Solution Center at 978-934-2000.

Faculty may access the Continuity of Learning Frequently Asked Questions. Please contact your department chair if you have questions about course information.

Need to Take all your courses virtually?

The delivery modes for Spring 2021 courses have been published in SIS: on-campus, hybrid, virtual and online modes. Following CDC guidelines, these schedules account for the maximum number of people who can be in a classroom (or any other campus space) with six feet of social distancing. If you need to engage in all of your courses virtually for any reason, then please submit the Learn from Anywhere form.
