Applying For Pepper Spray
- Please fill out the registration form and print it out.
- Requests must be dropped off in person at the University of Massachusetts Lowell Police Dispatch window for forwarding to the Chief’s Office.
- Requests will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the request.
