As the Manager of Tech Services, Matthew is responsible for the smooth operation of support services including phone, remote and desk-side support. These areas are traditionally known as the Helpdesk and Desktop support. He ensures timely delivery of quality technical support services to the University community. In this role, Matt is in constant contact with key faculty, staff, and administrators to best support teaching and learning at UMass Lowell.

Matthew has been with the UMass Lowell since 2010, previously Managing computer labs, on the Platform Services Team and as the IT Support Specialist serving the Manning School of Business. He holds a Masters of Science & Information Technology from UMass Boston and a BS in Management from Bridgewater State University.
