How do I skip previous year goals?

If you're a new employee and did not have an evaluation last year, follow these steps to skip the previous year's goals.

  1. Select the Performance Evaluation from the To Do list
  2. Click Submit Content
Why am I still getting task reminders when I completed all steps?

Once you complete all steps in a task, you will need to submit the content. To complete the step, click the green Submit Content button on the left side of your screen.

Can someone enter the previous year goals on my behalf?

Unfortunately, no. Access cannot be granted to anyone other than their direct supervisor/manager. Currently, there is no capability in the new performance management system for assigning delegates. Hopefully, this will change in future enhancements to the system.

How can I see outstanding tasks for my direct reports (who I supervise)?

On your dashboard, you’ll find the people you manage listed on the right-hand side. Next to each individual, you’ll see the number of overdue tasks they have.
Alternatively, click View Team to go to the People tab. From there, you can:
  • Click on Overdue Tasks for any individual to review their pending items.
  • Select Actions to add journal entries or perform other updates.

How do I view reports?

Click on the Reports tab in the header.

What can I expect for next steps?

The next step is the employee self-rating where you will fill out your own self-evaluation. You will continue to receive reminders until you submit the outstanding step.
