The Performance Planning & Evaluation Program provides a valuable opportunity for staff and its managers to interact and focus on planning for the future, setting goals and clarifying expectations as well as conducting mentoring and professional development discussions.

The performance evaluation cycle for staff begins each year in April.

Our goal is to ensure that all employees are provided with comprehensive feedback on their performance. We will be offering training opportunities for both managers and staff that help inform them on the Performance Planning & Evaluation Program process, how to create goals, and helpful guidelines on preparing for and conducting the performance evaluation discussion. Training workshops will be held in February 2024 as follows:

  • For Managers:
    • February 5 from 1 to 3 p.m.
    • February 15 from 10 a.m. to noon
  • For Staff:
    • February 7 from 1 to 3 p.m.
    • February 14 from 10 a.m. to noon
