As soon as possible after a deposit has been made (cash, check or credit card) the department must email a Transmittal Memo (pdf) to with:

  1. Full revenue chart field information (speed type, account code, fund number, and department ID), and
  2. All appropriate backup material.

All Transmittal Memos should be reviewed by the department before submission to ensure that the total amount matches up with the deposit. Please be aware that any discrepancies may result in a delay of the revenue being posted to your accounts.
