Where to Get Mail

Receive Mail and Packages at McGauvran Student Mail Center for residents of:

  • Concordia Hall
  • Riverview Suites
  • Sheehy Hall
  • 1301 Middlesex Street

Receive Mail and Packages at Fox Hall Student Mail Center for residents of:

  • Bourgeois Hall
  • Donahue Hall
  • Fox Hall
  • Leitch Hall
  • River Hawk Village
  • University Suites

Receive Mail and Packages at ICC Mail Center for residents of:

  • Inn and Conference Center

University Apartments Residents

Students residing in 725 Merrimack St. receive their U.S Mail and Parcels directly to their respective address. You will not receive automated notification of mail or packages being delivered from Student Mail Centers. If you wish to have your mail and packages sent to a Student Mail Center please email: to request which center you wish to ship to.

Picking up Mail and Packages

Campus residents are required to provide their student ID to be scanned when claiming an article. All mail and packages must be picked up during regular scheduled hours of operations at designated Student Mail Center.

Notifications and storage of mail and parcels

  • Students will receive an email on their university email account when first class mail or a parcel is received.
  • U.S. Mail and Parcels will be held for seven calendar days at the Student Mail Centers.
  • After seven calendar days of receipt, unclaimed articles will be returned to sender.
  • For special circumstances, arrangements may be approved for additional holding subject to pre-approval.
