Welcome to UMass Lowell Office Services

The Office Services team provides cost-effective, on-time printing and mailing assistance to the UMass Lowell community. Click on the links below to each of our services.

Office Services will be restricting and providing limited services to the campus. This is being done to help protect our staff, while maintaining critical functions for the university.

  • Intercampus University System Courier Services has been suspended.
  • Campus mail will be restricted to mission-critical departments and starting the week of April 6 and until the end of campus, remote-work directive, we will deliver mail to the smart lockers in the Cumnock Hall basement (31 University Ave.) that are used for print/small package delivery. Details have been emailed to the appropriate mission critical departments.
  • Drop off of University mail for metering (or pre-stamped mail) and delivery to the U.S. Post Office will take place from the Cumnock Hall mail collection box only. All other stations are suspended. This mail will be collected once a week when campus mail is delivered. Please note mail collection and metering WILL NOT occur daily.
  • Central Receiving will be open limited hours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Package recipients will receive an email from Central Receiving with instructions. As a result of COVID 19, the university has been contacted by several carriers they will no longer guarantee shipping. As a result, we ask that you limit your shipments during this time. If you have urgent items that need to be shipped to the university, please use 1499 Middlesex St., Lowell, MA 01851. Packages addressed to any other university address at this time may be returned to sender and never reach campus.
  • Please contact Central Receiving by email: central_receiving@uml.edu or phone: 978-934-2305 to make arrangements to pick up your package.
  • Student Mail will now be distributed through Residence Life Office please reference Student Mail Centers for further information.
  • Print Services operations are suspended.
