The Digital Experience Team designs, develops, administers, and maintains tools and technology that UMass Lowell uses to communicate with prospective students, current students, faculty, staff, alumni, researchers, and external audiences through our most powerful communication channel: uml.edu.

The one-stop shop for all student-related activities. View/search/enroll in classes, access important tools and resources, get the latest news/events and more! Available via myUML website or as a mobile app.

Schedule Builder

With Schedule Builder, students can quickly create the ideal class schedule. The app uses real-time data to display all possible combinations in a visual calendar, making it easy to compare, customize, and finalize courses.

Course Master (faculty only)

The Course Master system through which all classes are scheduled. Standardized the way classes are scheduled across 70+ departments, reducing the time required to schedule a semester from over one month to as little as two weeks.

Academic Success Alerts (faculty only)

Academic Success Alerts help identify students who may need extra support and connect them with the right campus resources. Faculty alerts are sent directly to professional advisors, who reach out and guide students toward services that foster success.

Mosaic (student only)

With Mosaic, students create a unique collection of co-curricular experiences. From joining clubs to exploring career programs, it’s a way to set goals, celebrate achievements, and highlight skills for future opportunities.

Attendance (student only)

The Attendance application allows faculty to take attendance without requiring students to purchase attendance-specific hardware. Provides students and faculty access to attendance history for their classes.

Live Shuttle Tracker

The progressive web app for Shuttle Tracking offers an upgraded experience—real-time Global Positioning System (GPS) bus tracking, parking info, stop locations, and customizable maps for a smoother campus commute.
