Gerry leads the Digital Experience team at UMass Lowell, a dynamic group of problem solvers and solution creators dedicated to enhancing every facet of the uml.edu digital presence. This includes systems architecture, user-centered design, web applications, accessibility and ongoing maintenance—strategically aligned with the university’s broader digital goals including student enrollment, success and retention along with faculty and staff success. Champions the adoption of emerging technologies to elevate campus visibility and support institutional mission and strategic priorities. Actively fosters strong, collaborative relationships across university departments, the UMass System, and the President’s Office, consistently positioning the Digital Experience team as a trusted resource and highlighting their impactful achievements.
