Biosketch
Serving as a Senior Software Developer at the University of Massachusetts Lowell since 2012, Sam works closely with departments across campus to design and implement solutions that improve business processes, integrate with third-party systems, and enhance the overall user experience. His client-first approach ensures that each project meets the unique needs of its stakeholders.
With more than 20 years of experience in higher education and related industries, he leverages his skills and expertise in Microsoft .NET, SQL Server databases and web principles to build modern web applications and integrate with systems such as Salesforce, PeopleSoft and FormAssembly as needed. His work has supported initiatives that streamline operations, automate tasks and expand the university’s technical capabilities, including applications designed to help improve student retention and enrollment.
