Voice Services offers direct dialed numbers to all faculty and staff campus telephones. Outside parties may reach you directly by dialing the traditional 10 digit number. Unified Messaging will allow you to retrieve your voice mail on the phone or on your computer.
Telephone repairs take precedence and should be reported to the IT Service Center by entering your own service center ticket online: IT Web Service Desk. This includes requesting a change to your campus telephone service, if you are a new employee, moving your office, additional phones for your department or problems with voice mail.
Campus Wide Alert Notification System
By logging into the myAlert system you may enter your cell phone number to receive a text message when alerts happen on campus. These alerts can be for when the campus is shut down for any reason. You may also enter your email address or home phone for alert notification.
