Clearing Cache

Windows

Use the tabs below to select your Windows browser. On a mobile device you can select them from a drop-down menu. Instructions on how to clear your cache will follow.

Click the menu button in the upper right corner of the Chrome window and select More tools, and then select the Clear browsing data option

1. Click the menu button in the upper right corner of the Chrome window and select "More tools" and then select "Clear browsing data."

A new window will open and at the top right corner click on Advanced
2. A new window will open, click on "Advanced"
In the Advanced tab, at the top set the Time Range to All time and also make sure to check off the boxes for Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files
3. In the Advanced tab set the Time range to "All Time" and make sure "browsing history," "download history," cookies and other site data" and "cached images and files" are checked off.
4. Click the "Clear Browsing Data" button and close out of all open Chrome windows.
Click on the menu button in the upper right corner of the Edge window and select Settings from the bottom of the menu

1. Click the menu button in the upper right corner of the Edge window and select “Settings”

The settings pane will open, click on the Choose what to clear button in the Clear browsing data section
2. The settings pane will then open, click on the ‘Choose what to clear” button in the “Clear browsing data” section
In the new pane that opens make sure that there are checks in the boxes for Cookies and saved website data and Cache data and files
3. In the new pane that opens make sure there are checks in the boxes for “Cookies and saved website data” and “Cache data and files”
4. Click the “Clear” button then close any open Edge windows.
  1. Click the menu button and select Options.

2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.

Clear Data  Clearing all cookies and site data stored by Firefox may sign you out of websites and remove offline web content.  Clearing cache data will not affect your login.   Check off the second “check box” to clear out your cached content. Click “Clear” afterwards.

3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….

4. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.

5. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.

6. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.

  1. Click the menu button and select Options.

2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.

Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select Internet options

1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select “Internet Options”

In the new window that opens, click on the Delete button in the Browsing history section
2. In the new window that opens click on the “Delete…” button in the “Browsing History” section
In the Delete Browsing History tab, make sure to check boxes for Temporary Internet files and website files and Cookies and website data
3. Make sure there are checks in the boxes that are labeled “Temporary Internet files and website files” and “Cookies and website data”
4. Click the “Delete” button and close out of any open Internet Explorer window.

Macs

Use the tabs below to select your MAC OS browser. On a mobile device you can select them from a drop-down menu. Instructions on how to clear your cache will follow.

Open the Chrome menu in the upper left hand side of the screen and then click on the Clear Browsing Data option

1. Open the “Chrome” menu in the upper left hand side of the screen and click “Clear Browsing Data"  

A new window will open, and at the top select the beginning of time from the drop down menu and make sure to check off the boxes for Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data
2. A new window will open, select “the beginning of time” in the drop down menu and make sure there are checks in the boxes for “Cache images and files” and “Cookies and other site data”
3. Click the “Clear Browsing Data” button and close out of all open Chrome windows.
Click the menu button in the upper right corner of the Firefox window and select History

1. Click the menu button in the upper right corner of the Firefox window and select History

The History tab will then open, select the Clear Recent History option
2. The History tab will then open, select the “Clear Recent History” option
A new window will open, select Everything in the drop down menu and make sure to check boxes for Cache and Cookies
3. A new window will open, Select “Everything” in the drop down menu and make sure there are checks in the boxes for “Cache” and “Cookies”
4. Click "Clear Now" and close all open Firefox windows.
Open the Safari menu in the upper right corner of the screen and click Preferences

1. Open the Safari menu in the upper right corner of the screen and click "Preferences..."

In the Preferences window click on the Privacy tab and the Manage Website Data button
2. In the Preferences window click on the "Privacy" tab and the "Manage Website Data..." button
In the new window that opens, click on the Remove All button
3. In the new window that opens click on the "Remove All" button
Another window will open to confirm your wish to remove this data. Click the Remove Now button
4. Another window will open to confirm your wish to remove this data. Click the "Remove Now" button
5. Close all open Safari windows
