Student Information Systems

Employees seeking access to the SiS application must submit a SA Access Request form.  Manager approval is required for all employees. All requests will be reviewed and approved by the Data Custodians before access is applied by the Security Administrator.

Password Changes

Use to change your password, manage your user profile, and reset a forgotten password. Contact the campus IT Service Desk if you need additional assistance.

Termination of Access

All Access is terminated once a person is no longer employed at UMass Lowell.
