December 1 - January 1

  • Managers: Kick off the process by adding previous year’s goals to NEOED for their direct reports.

March - April

  • Staff: Enter Self-Ratings in NEOED.
  • Managers: to assess performance factors in NEOED for their direct reports.

May 1 – May 30

  • Employees have the option to submit their Self-Evaluation online.
  • Managers and their direct reports have performance evaluation discussions and sign the evaluation.
  • Employee has up to 30 days from performance discussion to submit rebuttal as an attachment.

May 31

  • NEOED deadline for completed evaluations.
