Summer Fitness Classes On Demand

The summer is busy we get it! Register for one of the following options and have a library of classes to choose from that fit your schedule. Each library will be continuously updated and have new classes added each month! All classes instructed by our fitness staff.  

Note: Within 24 hours of registration you'll receive a email with a link and password to all your virtual classes!

Options:

  • Summer Chill - Increase your mobility, strength, stability, and mindset. 
  • Summer Sweat - A library with a variety of kickbox, HIIT, & Zumba classes
  • Summer Strength - A library with instructional classes using your bodyweight, dumbbells, and/or resistance bands.
