The Office of Student Life & Well-being will provide a presentation on the creation of our office, our mission and vision, and current initiatives and resources our office provides.

Assess Your Wellness Wheel

The Office of Student Life & Well-being will lead students, faculty, or staff through understanding the 8 dimensions of wellness: emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual. In this highly interactive workshop, learners will be able to determine which areas they may be struggling in and develop a SMART goal for improving that specific area.

Develop Your Stress Relief Toolbox

In this dynamic training, the Office of Student Life & Well-being will guide students, faculty, or staff through understanding what causes them stress, where they feel stress in their bodies, healthy and unhealthy stress relief habits they currently have, and help them to develop a toolbox of healthy stress relieving behaviors.

Understanding Emotional Intelligence

In this interactive presentation, The Office of Student Life & Well-being will lead students, faculty, or staff through a number of activities and discussions that promote a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence and the impact it has on our overall well-being.

Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs

The Office of Student Life & Well-being will educate students, faculty, or staff about Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and how it relates to personal and institutional well-being.

Mindfulness & Meditation

The Office of Student Life & Well-being will lead students, faculty, or staff through a number of activities that promote mindfulness, teaching them ways to incorporate mindfulness into their day to day. The session will end with a grounding meditation.
