Meeting with Disability Services (DS)
Disability Services is an appointment-based service.
Booking an appointment: To book an appointment with Disability Services, a student must first register with our office.
Registration with Disability Services: To register with Disability Services, please follow the Disability Registration Process.
Students who are registered with Disability Services: Students who have already had an Intake Appointment and are fully registered with Disability Services can Log in to Accommodate to book an appointment.

Important Student Updates
Fall 2025 - Registration with Disability Services
Fall 2025 registration opens on June 6, 2025. If your documentation has been approved, you will be able to login onto accommodated from June 6, 2025 to schedule an Intake Appointment.
Summer 2025 registration is now open. If your documentation has been approved, please contact us with your availability so we can schedule an Intake Appointment at your earliest convenience.
To start the registration process with Disability Services, please complete the Public Accommodations Request form and upload your documentation.
Semester / Accommodations Requests
Accommodations requests for Fall 2025: Students who are fully registered with Disability Services will be able to submit their accommodations request from August 25, 2025. Early submissions will not be processed.
Accommodations request for students taking Summer 2025 Classes will open on May 12, 2025.
Testing Center Information
Student who are registered with Disability Services and need access to the Testing Center must log in to Accommodate and submit their Accommodations Request.
Students not registered with Disability Services and have never had access to the Testing Center, please complete a Public Accommodations Request form to request access. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.
Students who have previously been granted access to the Testing Center, but do not have access for the current semester, please email: Disability@uml.edu with your Name and Student ID to request access.
Students who need to schedule a make-up exam for a past semester, please contact the Testing Center directly as they will need to do this manually.
