The Proteomics Core Laboratory is a newly established facility within the Core Research Facilities (CRF) at UMass Lowell. This lab is centered around the Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Astral Mass Spectrometer integrated with a Vanquish Neo UHPLC system, providing researchers access to state-of-the-art technology for ultra-fast, high-resolution, and highly sensitive proteomic analysis. The facility supports service-based proteomics workflows only, offering customized pricing based on the specific scope and needs of each project. Services include protein extraction, enzymatic digestion, bottom-up proteomics, and both qualitative and quantitative LC-MS/MS analysis.
