More than 70 peer tutors are available to help you with a wide range of subjects at the Centers for Learning and Academic Support Services (CLASS), and there is no charge for their services. Stay Active

Exercise can relieve stress and boost blood flow to the brain. Visit the Campus Recreation Center where students can utilize the indoor track, basketball courts, squash and racquetball courts, fitness classes, cardio equipment and the turf fields at the Campus Rec Complex across the street. GET A WORKOUT IN

Meditate

Make space in your day to take a breather. Spend time in the Serenity Center, take a yoga class at the Campus Recreation Center or use a meditation app. SIT & REFLECT

Stay Healthy

Finals week is busy. If you start to feel run down, visit Health Services. Students have free access to first aid and diagnosis and treatment of illnesses like sore throats and mono. The office is staffed with nurse practitioners and registered nurses. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
