Roberto Santos is a Ph.D. candidate in Business Administration (Entrepreneurship) at UMass Lowell. He has 18 years of industry experience in new product development, project management, and R&D. He received his M.S. in Technology Commercialization from Northeastern University and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UMass Lowell. He holds certifications in project management, leadership, lean enterprise, and process improvement from WPI and is Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certified. His awards include the AOM Best Paper nomination, Paul R. Lawrence Fellowship, MSB Doctoral Teaching Award, and 22 U.S. patents. He has published empirical research and case studies in academic journals and co-authored several book chapters.
