VIDEO STREAMING SOFTWARE

Recording your lecture supports student success in multiple ways, among which, it provides them with a resource they can review before an exam, pause and rewind or translate if English is not their first language.

At UMass Lowell there are two different lecture capture and video streaming technologies: Echo 360 Active Learning Platform (ALP), and Mediasite. Depending on the room where the lecture, class, or event is being streamed or captured, the quality and accessibility is the same.

To request that your course lectures or an event be streamed and/or recorded, complete this form
