Biosketch

As a digital content specialist within Information Technology, Matt develops and manages clear, accessible content that supports IT services and communications across the UMass Lowell campus. He is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing digital content for web, knowledge bases, and service platforms, ensuring users can easily find and understand IT resources. 

In this role, he collaborates closely with technical teams to translate complex information into user-friendly materials, while also supporting training initiatives. He contributes to the documentation with ServiceNow and is the knowledge manager for the knowledgebase.

As a key contributor to Tech Services, Networking, Security and other communications, Matt plays an important role in improving the overall user experience by streamlining content, enhancing service visibility and supporting efficient IT operations.

He also leverages AI tools, including Copilot, to support automation and knowledge management. His experience includes developing tailored AI solutions for specific workflows, refining prompts and optimizing outputs to improve efficiency, consistency, and user engagement across digital platforms.
