Biosketch

Leeanne is a Senior Instructional Technologist / Designer. She assists faculty with the use of Canvas and other Academic Technologies to determine which tools are appropriate to accomplish course goals and how to use the LMS efficiently. With the other members of her team, she leads workshops and question and answer (Q&A )sessions for faculty members on various academic technologies and Canvas. She also provides one-on-one academic technology and instructional design consultations for faculty members. Leeanne also manages web resources, knowledge-based articles, and training guides on academic technology for faculty and students.

Leeanne started her career as an elementary school music teacher before transitioning to Instructional Technology/Design in 2017. Prior to working at UMass Lowell, Leeanne worked at Boston University as an Instructional Designer.
