Biosketch
Comfort Enah, Ph.D., Registered Nurse (RN), Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing (FAAN), has focused her funded research on the development interventions directed at improving sexual and reproductive of adolescents and women. Her National Institute of Health funded projects, including funding from the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD), National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR), National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), and the Fogarty Center are focused on mHealth interventions among adolescent and pregnant women in resource constrained settings. Enah’s research on the development and testing of video gaming as a prevention intervention strategy has been widely disseminated at distinguished national and international conferences and through publications in peer-reviewed journals. Her expertise in mHealth has led to invitations to serve as a peer reviewer for multiple National Institutes of Health (NIH) Review panels, editorial board memberships and guest editorships.
