Biosketch
Tom Miliano, executive director of Administrative Services, is responsible for the oversight of UCard Access/Parking Services and Security Technology Systems (UCAPS), Parking operations, Campus & Regional Transportation Programs, Print services, Receiving & Shipping Stockrooms, Faculty/Staff & Student Mail services, Campus Sustainability and Sustainability reporting data, Life Safety systems, Environmental Health & Safety, Compliance and Permitting and Emergency Management/Preparedness, Business Continuity & Enterprise Risk Management, Campus Emergency and Medical Technician (EMT) Program.
Prior to his appointment, Miliano was the Convention Center Manager/Director of Operations for the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (MCCA) where he was employed for 19 years. In his role at the MCCA he was responsible for the operation and management of the Hynes Convention Center as well as the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.
