Assistive Technology Program

Since 1991, senior capstone teams in the Assistive Technology Program (ATP) have designed and built custom devices for clients with disabilities. People across New England send in a need, and a student team works with a faculty adviser to build a device that meets it. In 2000 the program was named a Daily Point of Light and received the Manuel Carballo Governor's Award for public service. It welcomes new clients and volunteers.
