Biosketch

Sanchayita Ghose, Ph.D., is currently Executive Director, Head of Global Downstream Development, Pilot Plant and External Manufacturing within the Biologics Development organization at Bristol Myers Squibb. She has over 22 years of broad-based experience in bioprocessing dealing with various aspects of biologics drug development across multiple well-established biopharmaceutical companies (Amgen, Biogen and Bristol Myers Squibb). Ghose is recognized as a thought leader in the bioprocessing field with participation in numerous conferences/leadership panels and has received several Innovation awards in past companies. She has over 75 publications/patents/book chapters and numerous conference presentations. Sanchayita holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Prof. Steven Cramer’s lab at Rensselaer, NY and BS in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University, India.
