Medical Qualifications
Upon entrance into the AFROTC program, cadets will be submitted to the Department of Defense Medical Examination Review Board (DoDMERB) to determine fitness for military service. This process consists of providing medical records and attending appointments to determine medical readiness. The determination can take six to eight weeks, depending on cooperation and timeliness of actions by the cadet.
