We work with assistant professors to chart their path towards tenure and with associate professors to focus on achieving full professorship and other major career achievements.

Groups of Faculty sitting around tables in a large space discussing things with a number of large windows behind them.

In these workshops, participants work in peer groups and with seasoned mentors to develop career development strategies for intentionally navigating their career trajectory. They will use strategic career mapping tools to identify skills, activities, and people that will support their individualized professional advancement.

The workshop for early career faculty and postdocs occurs in the fall semester and the workshop for mid-career/tenured faculty occurs in the spring semester.

The Career Mapping workshops are sponsored by the Office of Research and Innovation.
