Your UMass Lowell UCard gives you access to everything you need as a student, faculty and staff member of the university.

New Student UCards

New students submit a photo using our photo submission app that can be found on the Upload UCard Photo and Guidelines webpage. Students will receive information on how to pick up their UCard.

UCard Printing

UCards should only needed if a student is on campus for critical research, essential operations, or on-campus housing.  However, if there is an external need for a UCard we can still accommodate printing your card.  UCards cannot be mailed and must printed in our office located in University Crossing during the following hours beginning September 8:

  • Sunday: Closed
  • Monday*: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday*: Closed (available for remote services)
  • Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Thursday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Friday: Closed (available for remote services)
  • Saturday: Closed
* If a Monday falls on a holiday we will be closed and typically open on Tuesday instead.

What is the UCard?
