Vendors and visitors who require long-term parking accommodations on campus are welcome to apply for a parking permit at the UCard, Access and Parking Services (UCAPS) Office. Please note the following policies beginning September 1, 2015.
All vendors and visitors that require long-term parking are required to have a completed Request for Services Form (pdf) signed by a department head or director. Once this is completed, please bring it to the UCAPS Office. This will validate you as an approved vendor or visitor on campus.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view any pdf files. It can be download for free from the Adobe website.
If you have already completed your Request for Services process and have an ID/UCard, this form will not be required.
Once you have been validated as an approved vendor or visitor, please visit the UCAPS Office with your vehicle registration. We will enter your vehicle information and issue you a hang tag at the time of your visit, as well as provide you UCard access to the parking gates.
Vendors and visitors are welcome to purchase a hang tag for any duration, one month at a time, for up to 12 months. The rate per month will be contingent upon your average hours on campus per week using the following matrix:
For example, a vendor that visits campus 15 hours per week would pay $180 for the year ($15 x 12 months).
We gladly accept cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
All vendors and visitors that choose the short-term or long-term option are eligible to park in all non-designated staff lots except for Pinanski/Costello which is for faculty only.
