Promoting Active Bystanders: Anchoring Change in a Deeper Understanding of Organizational Issues
CWW provides consultation to help organizations to take a deeper dive into diagnosing the current state of your organization vis-a-vis a workplace climate assessment.
This option is recommended for organizations that desire additional guidance related to understanding their current workplace climate prior to implementing a peer-to-peer bystander program.
Climate assessments include the following:
- Interviews and surveys to gather and analyze data re: equity issues within your organization
- Recommendations for actions to address identified issues
- Incorporation of data to guide subsequent organizational intervention (e.g., for bystander workshop or other action plans)
Pricing: The cost associated with a Climate Assessment contract is determined based on the size and needs of each organization.
