The Total Worker Health (TWH) approach, developed by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, is a holistic framework to improve the health, safety and well-being of workers. The Center for the Promotion of Health in the New England Workplace has spent the past two decades researching and evaluating the health benefits, obstacles, and cost effectiveness of implementing TWH concepts across industries.
