Mail Services

Whether you have a few pieces or a large bulk mailing, University Mail Services can help you coordinate or prepare all your mailing needs. These services are available to the faculty, staff and administration.

What we do:

The Mail Services team sorts and delivers inter-campus and U.S. Postal Service mail.

Specifically, we:

  • Sort and deliver incoming mail
  • Pick up, meter and send out all UMass Lowell-related outgoing mail

Office of Institutional Compliance

The Office of Institutional Compliance (OIC) was established to work with faculty, staff, and students to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations that invoke export controls. Student Mail Services (Residence Life)

The student mail rooms are run by the the Residence Life Department and can be reached separately at the following:
