Biosketch

Raymond Weicker is a practicing attorney with his own firm in Chelmsford, Mass. and a former partner at Qua, Hall, Harvey and Walsh. His law practice focuses on business law, banking, bankruptcy, and real estate. He provides broad based legal support and strategic advice in connection with commercial lending (secured and unsecured financing, cash flow and asset-based financing, sponsor-backed acquisition financing, and cross-border financing), transaction-specific structures, and participation agreements, as well as recovery and compliance-related matters. Raymond is a retired Army Officer (U.S.A.R.) serving in both the Judge Advocate General's Corps (JAG) and Psychological Operations Regiment (PSYOP).
