Biosketch

Jennifer (Jen) Keene-Crouse's responsibilities include advising first year students in the Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences, general academic advising for upperclassmen and transfers, general advising for those wishing to minor or change major into the Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences, student recruitment, orientation and retention activities. Jen works very close with the faculty of the college in order to provide a comprehensive approach to student success.

Jen's approach to advising focuses a lot of strength-based advising, motivation, gratitude, and self-care.

As a first generation student herself, Jen serves as the co-advisor for the 1st Generation Honors Society, TriAlpha. Each year the organization inducts students, faculty, and staff.
