The graduate certificate in Leadership and Management is a 12-credit program designed for working professionals interested in positions of leadership or managers already in mid-level leadership positions hoping to move higher in their organization. UMass Lowell Brand Pro Certificate Program
The objective of this program is to increase campus understanding of UMass Lowell's approach to brand strategy and to demystify the services and methods of University Relations. This certificate program is facilitated by Brand, Communications and Creative Strategy Staff.
University Budgeting Certificate Program
The Budget Office series covers essential budgeting skills and responsibilities, including campus practices for creating and monitoring a budget. Participants are not required to attend all sessions; however, you must attend all 3 sessions to receive a certificate of completion.
ePAF Initiator Workshop
This training session is intended for Department administrators who are responsible for initiating ePAF forms in HR Direct. This training session will cover how initiate an ePAF to hire/rehire an employee, edit an active employee’s job details, and terminate non-benefited employees.
eAddlComp Workshop
This training session is intended for Department administrators who are responsible for initiating electronic additional compensation forms. This training session will cover how to initiate a form, edit pending forms, approve forms, and view forms.
Search Committee Training
In this training, participants will gain an understanding of the roles and operating principles of the Search Committee as well as understand how a strategic search process is conducted.
