Group Fitness

We offer several different class formats for all ability levels!

Guidelines

  • Schedules will be determined by participation levels and interest.
  • Instructors will teach you how to perform each exercise safely and suggest modifications to accommodate your fitness level.
  • Our In Person Group Fitness Classes are only available to on-campus residential students Fall 2020. Students will need to scan into our iPad accepting waivers and residential status.
  • All students, staff, faculty, and Campus Recreation Members are welcome to participate in the Group Fitness Virtual Offerings.
  • All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Please refer to the class descriptions to determine classes appropriate for your fitness level.
  • It is not recommended that anyone takes more than two group fitness classes per day.
  • In person class sizes are determined by CDC guidelines. All participants will be 14 feet from the next person.
  • Class schedules subject to change depending on class attendance / interest levels in new classes.
