The Enrollment Marketing and Brand Strategy team crafts the university's brand and ensures its use aligns with UMass Lowell’s strategic goals. This team develops and deploys messages across a variety of media to support the work of identifying, recruiting and enrolling UMass Lowell (UML) students.

UMass Lowell’s brand conveys the institution’s values, academic quality, campus culture and career outcomes. Maintaining a strong brand enhances the university’s credibility, attracts top students and faculty, builds alumni loyalty, drives fundraising and increases graduate employability.
