Biosketch
Martina is a freshman at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, majoring in political science to become a lawyer. With a background in both athletics and theater, she has developed resilience, creativity, and strong collaboration skills that she carries into this next chapter. She is an active member of the Association of Students of African Origin (ASAO), where she finds community, celebrates culture, and engages with peers who share similar values. Outside of academics, Martina enjoys relaxation and spending quality time with friends, which keeps her grounded and balanced. She values building meaningful connections and exploring new experiences that challenge her to grow. As she begins her studies, Martina looks forward to embracing opportunities that will shape her path toward a career in law while continuing to strengthen her sense of community.
