Emergency phones, also known as “blue light phones”, can be found across campus in buildings, parking lots, garages, and other strategic locations. In the event of an emergency, activation of these phones will contact University Police’s emergency phone line (44911 or 978-934-4911) and notify them of your location. Please treat the use of an emergency phone as you would a 911 call.
Maintenance
All emergency phones are tested monthly to ensure they are working as expected. If you encounted any maintenance issues of emergency phones, such as non-illuminated blue lights or unexpected noises, please e-mail us: UCAPS_Operations@uml.edu.
