Leslie is excited to be working in a field that is her passion and within a community of advocates, supporters and lifelong learners. Prior to joining the Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) as the director, Leslie worked on supervisory oversight of programs and service delivery at UColorado Boulder. She became very familiar with issues related to race, privilege and oppression and the intersections between social identities and her work focused on student development issues, academic success, and personal empowerment to name a few areas. The many talented students that she meets and the spirit of progressive diversity education and awareness that higher education provides, continually inspire her.
