From that experience, I got acquainted with the process of population health and aging research. Through that experience, I was offered further experiences working on larger-scale epidemiologic studies and received top-level training in both population health and advanced statistical analysis. This is where I really found my niche. From there, I decided to pursue a doctorate in Epidemiology, and once I finished that, I was offered a full-time position within the Centers for Population Health, which has become a home for me.”
