Biosketch
Sheila joined the Office of Technology Commercialization (OTC) in September 2022. Sheila comes to this role with nine years of Intellectual Property Administrative expertise and thirteen years of contract knowledge. Prior to joining OTC, she worked at Boston Scientific where she worked with inventors, patent holders and outside counsel. She also interacted with divisional personnel ensuring that agreed upon contract terms were adhered to during the service contract with the healthcare providers.
