Christopher Groppi (Co-Investigator) and Paul Horton (Postdoctoral Researcher) are on both the Instrumentation and Science Teams for ASTHROS.
Together, they work on fine tuning the cryocooling systems, developing signal amplifiers, and designing the software system architecture for readout control and monitoring. Additionally, they work on analysis for the spectral data produced by ASTHROS for both in flight, autonomous, quality assessment of the instrument and scientific mapping of star forming regions of galaxies.
