Generate Solutions Using the IDEAS tool: Steps 6 and 7
May 13, 1 to 2 p.m. EST
The Intervention, Design, and Analysis Scorecard (IDEAS) tool is at the heart of the Healthy Workplace Participatory Program. The IDEAS tool uses a structured, 7-step process to help employees identify the root causes of work-related safety and health concerns, and design appropriate interventions. The process requires facilitator to guide the process by organizing group activities and to ensure collaboration between line-level employees and management.
This webinar will teach you how to facilitate steps 6 and 7 of the process to implement, monitor, and evaluate interventions. We will also discuss ways to evaluate the overall participatory program for quality and continuous improvement.
