Generate Solutions Using the IDEAS Tool: Steps 1 and 2
April 15, 1 to 2 p.m. EST
The Intervention, Design, and Analysis Scorecard (IDEAS) tool is at the heart of the Healthy Workplace Participatory Program. The IDEAS tool uses a structured, 7-step process to help employees identify the root causes of work-related safety and health concerns, and design appropriate interventions.
