Last day for instructors to publish course and attendance requirements for class members
February 2Last day to:
  • Add a course with a permission number
  • Drop a course without record
  • Change enrollment status from: Audit to Credit; Credit to Audit; “Pass-No Credit” to Letter Grade, or Letter Grade to “Pass-No Credit”
Note: No refund after this date.
February 16Presidents Day (university closed)
February 17Monday Class Schedule
February 23Summer 2026 schedule of classes will be viewable in Student Information System (SIS) at 4 p.m.
February 24Mid-semester: at least one evaluation required in each course
February 25Deadline for faculty to submit final exam-related requests for current term (i.e. common exams, change modality, cancel exam, etc.)
March 2Enrollment for summer 2026 courses begin
March 8Spring recess begins
March 16Classes resume
March 18Last day for students to complete work for incomplete fall 2025 and winter 2026 courses
March 27Fall 2026 schedule of classes will be viewable in SIS at 4 p.m.
March 30Extended faculty advising hours begin.
First day for seniors who anticipate completion of degree requirements by the end of December 2026 to confer with faculty advisors and to file Programs of Baccalaureate Studies (Declaration of Intent to Graduate form).
April 3Permission numbers for fall 2026 will be generated
April 6Enrollment for fall 2026 courses begin using enrollment appointment dates obtained from SIS
April 7Last day for students to withdraw from courses with grade of “W” for regular session. All other sessions see Graduate, Online & Professional Studies calendar.
April 17Extended faculty advising hours end.

May 12Deadline for final grades (including incompletes for fall 2025 and winter 2026) to be recorded in SIS by 4 p.m.
