Thank you to everyone who participated in the Annual Call process. We are currently reviewing submissions and expect to announce approved projects in early fall.

We recognize that unforeseen needs may arise outside of the Annual Call period. To address these requests, the university has established the Off-Cycle Request process. This process is intended to improve visibility, coordination, and prioritization of requests.

June through March: The Off-Cycle Request process:

  • Provides a centralized way to capture, organize, and track requests
  • Uses a self-service form similar to the Annual Call form
  • Helps ensure requests align with university strategic goals
  • Routes requests through the appropriate chain of command for review and approval
  • Applies regardless of the proposed funding source

The campus community is strongly encouraged to plan ahead and utilize the Annual Call process whenever possible. The Annual Call process is planned to continue annually each March through June. Staffing and financial resources are limited, and they are prioritized through the Annual Call process. As a result, off-cycle requests may be delayed.
